FAITH COACH | ENTREPRENUER | BUSINESS MENTOR | SPEAKER | LEADERSHIP DEVELOPER

i believe there's more in you than what you've experienced.

And I believe God has already placed inside of you what you need to become the woman He's created you to be.

HELLO, I'M STEPHANIE RENISE!

I'm a woman of faith, a mother, an entrepreneur, a mentor, and someone who knows firsthand what it means to have big dreams while facing circumstances that make those dreams seem impossible. For more than two decades, I've been building businesses, developing leaders, mentoring women, and learning some of life's greatest lessons through both success and adversity.

BUT IF THERE'S ONE THING I'VE LEARNED THROUGHOUT MY JOURNEY, IT'S THIS:

Before you can successfully build what God has called you to build, you must first allow Him to develop the person He's called you to become.

That's not just something I TEACH.

It's something I've LIVED.

And it's the FOUNDATION of everything I do today.

There was a time in my life when what I was experiencing looked nothing like what I believed God had planned for me. I've experienced two divorces, bankruptcy, foreclosure, repossession, business setbacks, and seasons when I questioned how I would ever move forward.

I've known what it feels like to start over. I've known what it feels like to pour everything into a dream, only to watch it fall apart. And I've known what it feels like to carry the responsibilities of motherhood while trying to figure out how to rebuild my life and create a better future.

At one point, I lost the very salon I had worked so hard to establish.

Imagine having the courage to pursue your dream, finally opening the doors, and then facing the reality that you can no longer afford to keep them open. That experience could have convinced me that entrepreneurship wasn't for me. And honestly, there were plenty of other experiences throughout my life that could have convinced me to stop believing in myself altogether.

BUT GOD HAD A DIFFERENT PLAN.

What I didn't understand at the time was that while I was so focused on changing my circumstances, God was working on changing me.

I NEEDED MORE THAN ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY.

I NEEDED A RENEWED MIND.

I needed to understand my identity, recognize my value, develop my character, and learn how to trust God beyond what I could see.

i know what it's like to have

a dream and feel like life

is working against you.

through studying God's

Word, prayer, fasting, and

intentionally applying biblical

principles to my everyday life,

something began to change.

I CHANGED.

I BEGIN TO SEE MYSELF DIFFERENTLY.

I stopped allowing my past experiences to determine what I believed was possible for my future.

I started recognizing patterns, confronting limiting beliefs, making different decisions, and developing the confidence to pursue what God had placed in my heart.

And as I grew, my life began to reflect that growth.

THAT'S WHEN I DISCOVERED SOMETHING THAT WOULD FOREVER CHANGE THE WAY I APPROACHED LIFE, LEADERSHIP, AND BUSINESS:

you cannot consistently build

beyond the person you're

willing to become.

My entrepreneurial journey began long before I understood everything that entrepreneurship would require of me. At just 14 years old, I started doing hair in my mother's kitchen. What began as a skill I taught myself eventually became a way to earn money, pay my way through beauty school, and pursue a career in an industry I loved. In 2004, I officially began my professional beauty career with a desire to enhance beauty and make a difference in the lives of the women I served. In 2006, I opened my first salon, Heaven on Earth. Although that first chapter of salon ownership didn't unfold the way I had envisioned, it wasn't the end of my story.

IT WAS PART OF PREPARATION.

I continued developing my skills, serving clients, learning business, and rebuilding. In 2014, I expanded my entrepreneurial vision by opening Heaven on Earth Salon Suites, a 20-unit salon suite facility designed to provide beauty professionals with opportunities to operate and grow their own businesses. My vision eventually expanded beyond providing beauty services into product development, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and leadership. I founded Heavenly Enhanced in 2016, a hair care company created to provide quality hair care solutions. In 2026, I evolved by opening the doors for individuals interested in building businesses through our partnership opportunities.

Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I've experienced both significant financial success and seasons that required me to rebuild. I've generated more than seven figures through entrepreneurship, but I've also learned lessons that money alone could never teach me.

Because success isn't just about what you accomplish. It's also about who you become, how you lead, and what you do with what God has entrusted to you.

Today, I use those experiences to help other women navigate the challenges of personal growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship with greater wisdom, confidence, and intention.

more than a experience.

a foundation for

leadership

I BELIEVE IN COMBINING BIBLICAL WISDOM WITH PRATICAL KNOWLEDGE

While experience has been one of my greatest teachers, I've also been intentional about developing the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and serve others effectively.

I'm a certified coach, speaker, and trainer through the John Maxwell leadership organization, and I've completed entrepreneurship training through the Joseph Business School. My background includes more than two decades of experience in the beauty industry, business ownership, leadership, entrepreneurship, and mentoring.

Over the years, I've had opportunities to build businesses, develop business models, navigate financial challenges, lead teams, mentor entrepreneurs, and help women recognize possibilities beyond their current circumstances. But my greatest qualification isn't simply what I've accomplished. It's the combination of what I've learned, what I've lived, and what God has developed within me along the way.

I UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE HAVING BOTH

FAITH AND A PLAN.

I believe in prayer, but I also believe in preparation. I believe in trusting God, but I also believe in taking responsibility for our decisions. I believe in having big dreams, but I also believe in developing the character, discipline, wisdom, and leadership necessary to steward those dreams well. And I believe that when biblical principles are applied consistently, they can transform the way we think, live, lead, and build.

WHY I DO WHAT I DO

because I know what happens when a woman begins to recognize who she really is.

I've met so many women who know there's more inside of them. Women who have dreams they've been carrying for years. Women who feel called to do something significant but aren't sure where to begin. Women who have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that they've lost sight of themselves.

Women who are gifted, capable, and full of potential but struggle with confidence, clarity, consistency, or the courage to move forward. And women who have accomplished things on the outside but are still struggling with things on the inside.

I UNDERSTAND THESE WOMEN BECAUSE I'VE BEEN THERE.

AND HERE'S WHAT I WANT EVERY WOMAN TO KNOW:

Your past does not disqualify you from your purpose. Your current circumstances do not determine your potential. And you do not have to remain the woman you've always been to become the woman God is calling you to be.

BUT TRANSFORMATION REQUIRES INTENTIONALITY.

It requires us to confront what has been holding us back, renew our thinking, develop our character, strengthen our faith, and make decisions that align with the future we desire.

I believe that when a woman grows, every area of her life has the potential to grow with her.

And when she becomes stronger, wiser, and more confident in who God created her to be, she's better equipped to lead her life, pursue her purpose, and build what has been entrusted to her.

That's why my approach to mentorship and leadership development focuses on the whole woman.

NOT JUST HER GOALS.

NOT JUST HER BUSINESS.

NOT JUST HER ACCOMPLISHMENTS.

But her identity, faith, mindset, relationships, character, confidence, leadership, and personal growth.

the mission

behind the vision

DEVELOPING WOMEN. STRENGTHENING LEADERS. CREATING OPPORTUNITIES.

EVERYTHING I BUILD IS CONNECTED TO ONE GREATER MISSION:

To help women become who God created them to be, develop the confidence and character to lead well, and pursue their God-given purpose with faith, wisdom, and intentionality. That mission is expressed through several areas of my work.

FAITH & SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

Through Pray Life Global, I create opportunities for people to strengthen their relationship with God, grow in their understanding of His Word, and develop a lifestyle rooted in prayer and biblical truth.

MENTORSHIP & COMMUNITY

Through The B.F.F. Nation, I'm building a community where women can grow spiritually, personally, and professionally through biblical teaching, leadership development, mentorship, meaningful relationships, and intentional accountability.

It's a place where we focus on developing the whole woman, because her value and purpose extend far beyond a title, career, or business.

COACHING & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Through my coaching programs and transformational experiences, I help women develop the clarity, confidence, character, and practical strategies needed to move forward in their personal lives, leadership, and entrepreneurial journeys.

Whether she's discovering her identity, preparing to launch a business, or developing the leadership necessary for her next level, my goal is to help her grow with intention.

ENTREPRENUERSHIP & BUSINESS OPPORTUNTIES

Through Heavenly Enhanced and my other entrepreneurial ventures, I continue to create opportunities that support business ownership, professional development, and economic growth.

Because I believe entrepreneurship can be more than a way to earn income.

When approached with wisdom, integrity, and purpose, it can become a vehicle for creating opportunities, serving others, and building something meaningful.

Although these expressions of my work may look different, they all reflect the same belief:

WHEN WE INVEST IN DEVELOPING PEOPLE,

WE CREATE THE FOUNDATION FOR LASTING IMPACT.

What  I Believe

grow the woman.

strengthen her life.

equip her to build.

I BELIEVE GOD has created each of us with purpose.

I BELIEVE OUR IDENTITY must be rooted in Him rather than our accomplishments, circumstances, or the opinions of others.

I BELIEVE STRONG CHARACTER & INTEGRITY are essential to effective leadership.

I BELIEVE FAITH REQUIRES action, and that wisdom, preparation, and discipline matter.

I BELIEVE WOMEN need environments where they can be challenged, encouraged, equipped, and supported as they grow.

AND I BELIEVE THAT SUCCESS should never be measured solely by financial achievements or public recognition.

True success includes becoming the person God created you to be, faithfully stewarding what He's entrusted to you, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

That's the kind of success I'm committed to pursuing. And it's the kind of success I want to help other women experience.

Your Next Chapter Doesn't Have to Look Like Your Last One.

If there's one thing my journey has taught me, it's that your story isn't over simply because you've experienced disappointment, setbacks, or seasons of uncertainty.

THERE'S STILL ROOM TO GROW.

THERE'S STILL PURPOSE TO PURSUE.

AND THERE'S STILL AN OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME EVERYTHING GOD CREATED YOU TO BE.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. But you do have to be willing to grow. Whether you're seeking greater clarity about your purpose, working to strengthen your faith and confidence, developing yourself as a leader, or preparing to build a business, I want you to know that you don't have to navigate the journey alone.

I've dedicated this season of my life to creating opportunities, resources, and environments that help women grow from the inside out. And I'd love for you to be part of what we're building.

Because the greatest thing you will ever build isn't simply a business, a career, or a platform.

It's the life you create as you become the woman God designed you to be.

With faith and purpose,

Stephanie Renise
