  • WHAT IS THE B.F.F. BOOK CLUB & GROUP MENTORSHIP, AND WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?
    The B.F.F. Book Club & Group Mentorship is a monthly subscription box and membership, which contains one "Book of the Month" and an exclusive gift. The monthly subscription includes access to our private Facebook Group and a twice monthly virtual Book Club Meeting with Stephanie Renise. In addition, you will receive digital book-related materials and discussion questions from Stephanie Renise along with other special bonuses and surprises.
  • HOW WILL THE BOOK, READING PLAN, AND DISCUSSION QUESTIONS BE DELIVERED?
    You will receive a Book Club Box monthly via USPS, containing your book and gift. The digital book-related materials and discussion questions will be available as PDF files for viewing and downloading through The B.F.F. Book Club online portal, setup solely for Besties. You access the online portal through stephanierenise.com.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE BOOK, READING PLAN, AND DISCUSSION QUESTIONS?
    If you register for The B.F.F. Book Club & Group Mentorship on or before the 15th of the month, you'll receive your B.F.F. Book Club Box for the following month by the end of that month . (For example, if you order on or before March 15th, you will receive your April box product by March 31st.) The reading plan and discussion questions will be delivered to you on the 1st of each month.
  • HOW DO I ACCESS THE B.F.F. BOOK CLUB & GROUP MENTORSHIP FACEBOOK GROUP?
    Once you have paid for your monthly B.F.F. Book Club & Group Mentorship subscription, you will receive an email with your invitation to join the private Facebook Group for The B.F.F. Book Club. If you have already paid for your subscription, you can access the group by clicking the button below.
  • WHAT IF I ALREADY OWN THE SELECTED BOOK OF THE MONTH?
    Your subscription includes mentorship, other items, plus the book-related materials. Our hope is that you would read the book again as it may be a new experience with the book-related materials and with your Besties in the Facebook Group. You might want to share your book with family or friends... or perhaps, sow a seed and bless someone!
  • CAN I PLACE MY ACCOUNT ON “PAUSE,” OR CHOOSE WHICH MONTHS I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN?
    We understand that “life happens.” If you need to place your account on hold for 1 month, email us at the address below on or before the 12th of the month. This will place your account on pause for the next upcoming month. After you have been paused for 1 month, your subscription will automatically continue the next month. In the event that you need to cancel your subscription, just shoot us an email. Email: admin@stephanierenise.com
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY BOOK CLUB BOX?
    If for some reason you do not receive your Book Club Box for the month, Bestie please email us so that we are able to track your shipment, or send you a new shipment immediately, in the event there was an error on our end. Email: admin@stephanierenise.com
  • CAN I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP FOR SOMEONE ELSE? IF SO, HOW?
    You may purchase a subscription on behalf of someone else. In order to do so, you will need to make sure that it is a purchase by itself. (You will not be able to purchase two different subscriptions in one order.) When you create the account for the subscription, you must enter the details of the recipient in the Customer & Delivery Details fields and provide their email address, to ensure they are activated into the system, and so they can receive their monthly goodies.
  • CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER PERSON?
    This is not an option that we offer. If you would like, you may cancel your membership and create a new account to gift a membership to someone of your choice.
  • I TRIED TO SIGN UP FOR THE BOOK CLUB, HOWEVER, MY PAYMENT FAILED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    We ask that you contact your bank first to make sure there wasn't a "HOLD" placed on the card. (Sometimes the bank will do this if they believe there is a fraudulent transaction trying to go through on the card.) If that is not the case, please re-enter your information to make sure there were no entry mistakes made. If the card still fails, please email us. Email: admin@stephanierenise.com
  • I AM HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT. HOW DO I REGAIN ACCESS?
    Your Welcome Letter has the link to access your Member Account. If you have deleted the email, you may also access the Member Account HERE. If you forgot your password, you may reset it by selecting "Forgot your password?" on the Member Login Page.
  • AFTER I SIGN UP, WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY BOOK CLUB SUBSCRIPTION EACH MONTH?
    After you sign up for The B.F.F. Book Club & Group Mentorship, you will be billed for subsequent boxes on the same day of the month that you purchased your subscription. (For example, if you signed up for January’s book box on December 14, your card will be billed for February’s book box on January 14th.)
  • HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
    You are able to change your credit card information by entering your Member Account and editing the payment information you provided. Make sure you save your changes prior to exiting your Member Account.
